About Greenworks Lending

Greenworks Lending is a specialty finance firm that provides loans for energy-saving upgrades in commercial buildings using an innovative model called PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy). PACE unlocks the commercial market by providing no-money-down, low-cost, long-term capital. Our mission is to improve the energy efficiency of our country by creating a new normal for financing energy upgrades in buildings.

Greenworks is investor-funded and headquartered in Darien, CT with a satellite office in Maryland.

Finance Associate, CT:
The finance associate plays a critical role in all aspects of project development, including the support of loan origination, project management, and underwriting. The finance associate supports Greenworks Lending as it advances complex commercial projects through to completion.  This position is located in the Darien, CT office but supports projects nationally.

The Finance Associate will benefit from rapid on-the-job learning, unparalleled strategic input and access to company executives and tremendous growth potential.

Key functions include:

  • Managing loan pipeline from origination to closing
  • Supporting relationships with commercial clean energy contractors, building owners, and other industry stakeholders
  • Preparing for client meetings, including development of background material and presentations
  • Contributing to identification of new channels for Greenworks Lending growth
  • Supporting underwriters in loan processing


The Finance Associate role is an entry level position for highly qualified graduates of top-tier universities or graduate programs.

  • Willingness to pitch in across the organization.
